In the beginning I thought that they would fall out of my ear but then Charles helped me input it correctly so that it sticks to my ear. These look just like regular music Ear pods, everyone assumes I’m just listening to some good music with out a clunky hardware stuck behind my ear.

I am very sorry to say that we only received our devices this past Sat. It took a long time for them to get here. I tried for 3 days to get them in my ears but as my ears are very small the devices refused to go in my ears. At this point what am I supposed to do? I HAVE called every day and keep getting the message 'Not available at this time"
